Omron:
Some of the world’s leading integrators and machine builders use Omron industrial automation products such as sensors, PLCs, RFID, motion and vision systems in critical production areas. Omron products are selected across industries and applications because they improve manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and time to market.
Vision inspection is important in the automation process and is needed to make sure each process within the machine is creating the correct part.
Application Example:
Using conventional detecting products may not be possible in some cases due to the shape of the detecting surface, which is sometimes too unstable. Detection using photoelectric sensors is not possible because of reduced reflection. Proximity sensors are difficult to use because of the distance involved in the application. The front or back of bearings can be distinguished by measuring the differences between the area of front and back. The key to this solution is to capture the detecting area by plane, which makes detection stable. Vision sensors can be utilized to improve the accuracy of front/back distinction resulting in higher quality of the assembled product.
Beijer:
Just as no two industries are alike, no two industries use HMI (Human-Machine Interface) technology in the same way. Each places its own requirements on features, functions and usability. At Beijer Electronics, we’re familiar with the complex needs of many industries. And with the help of our flexible and intuitive HMI technology, we provide ideal solutions for meeting them. Solutions that empower their users – and increase business performance.
Working as an OEM is a balancing act. It means creating a whole that’s greater than the sum of its parts, often using components from widely varying sources.
With EXTER and H-series operator panels from Beijer Electronics, it’s easier to achieve your goals. The panels’ communication drivers work with any brand of control system, and their remote control allows factory-based maintenance even after a machine is delivered.
Dorner Conveyors:
Many integrators and machine builders have made the choice to have Dorner satisfy their conveying needs. Dorner offers experienced application assistance that ensures the performance and on time delivery of the right conveying system. To learn more about Dorners capabilities, click here.
