FQ – Vision Sensor: The FQ Vision Sensor catapults Omron’s vision inspection sensors to a new level, delivering superior image quality, unprecedented reliability, ease of use, flexibility, and powerful inspection algorithms and tools. Together, these characteristics create a powerful and affordable inspection solution that surpasses the competition. With Omron’s first vision sensor camera to incorporate the integrated processor completely within the camera, the FQ can solve more tough applications than complex and costly “high-end” vision systems.

ZFV – Vision Sensor CCD Technology with Built-in LCD Monitor: The ZFV proves that vision inspection can be as simple as “target, teach and go.” Parameter settings are available at the touch of a button. A smart user interface allows intuitive configuration using built-in color monitor. In Run mode, the display gives live feedback showing results and grayscale images in real time. Versatile: up to seven inspection tools-pattern matching/search, positioning, area, width, count, character match/missing, brightness.

ZFV-C – Color Vision Sensor CCD Technology with Built-in LCD Monitor: Real-time view with judgment displayed on controller’s built-in LCD monitor

- 8 inspection tools operating in color include pattern recognition, size verification, position, counting, brightness, width, text verification and hue (comparing sensed color to a reference color)

FZM1 EtherCAT Vision System:
Machine Vision tailored for pick & place – The FZM1 Vision System is optimized to detect the position and orientation of any object at high speed and with high accuracy. The FZM1 provides a new generation of image processing technologies and an intuitive user interface optimized for positioning applications. The built-in EtherCAT communications enables reliable and easy networking with motion control increasing the overall machine performance.

ZFX – Vision Controller with Built-in LCD Monitor: The ZFX-C Smart Vision Sensor is a total image processing system that includes everything from a camera with an integrated light source to an image-processing unit. With Omron’s proprietary measurement algorithms and intuitive programming tools, inspection regions, process and parameter data is easily set with a few steps involving the operation of the touch-color monitor. This “Smart” user interface delivers an advanced programming environment, and with direct visualization of the inspection process, simplified parameter adjustments are facilitated in a compact, easy to use Color-HMI programming environment.
